Gift-card code delivery is completed within 2 minutes after payment confirmation. This timing starts after confirmation, not when you send the transaction.

Confirmation comes first

A detected transaction may still need network confirmation. Do not send a second payment while the order is confirming.

How delivery works

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email as a code with any available redemption instructions. Mobile top-ups may be applied directly and are not always delivered as codes.

If it takes longer

Network confirmation or product processing can take more time. Keep the order reference and wallet transaction ID, then open a support ticket if you need help.

Keep the details together

Retain the payment method, network, exact amount, receiving address and order reference. Keep any gift-card code private.
