What to do before a transfer and which order details to provide when you request a review.

Before transferring funds

You can stop the purchase by returning to the cart and not sending payment. An expired payment request should not be used.

After a blockchain transfer

A blockchain transfer may not be reversible. Keep the order reference and transaction ID so a support ticket can identify the order.

Digital product review

A review can use the payment status, fulfilment status and whether a digital code has been revealed or used. The selected product’s merchant terms may also apply.

If something goes wrong

Do not send a second payment. Open a ticket with the product, country, face value, method, network, amount and transaction ID.
