Receiving addresses appear only on a live order payment request.

Before you send

  1. Confirm the asset and network together.
  2. Copy the exact crypto amount without rounding it.
  3. Check the receiving address against the QR or copy control.
  4. Complete the transfer before the 60-minute request expires.
  5. Keep your order reference and wallet transaction ID.

Rate lock

The exact crypto amount is fixed for one hour. Rate source and update time appear on the payment request.

Wallet fees

Your wallet’s network fee is separate. Do not add it to the exact receiving amount.

Expired or underpaid

Request a fresh amount after expiry. An underpaid order needs server-reviewed instructions; never invent a top-up.

Payment pending

Why your crypto gift card payment is still pending

A wallet broadcast and a confirmed payment are different stages. The order may show a detected transfer while the selected network is still confirming it.

1

Check the network

Match both the asset and network shown on the request. USDT on TRC20 and USDT on ERC20 are separate routes.

2

Keep one transfer

Do not send a second payment while the first is confirming. Retain the order reference and wallet transaction ID.

3

Watch the quote window

The payment amount is locked for 60 minutes. Do not pay an expired request; create a current one instead.

Use the status check on the payment request. If confirmation or fulfilment takes longer, open a support ticket with the order reference and transaction ID.
