Clear answers, before you pay
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about delivery, checkout details, product choice and crypto payments.
Delivery and checkout
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Gift-card code delivery is completed within 2 minutes after payment confirmation. The timing starts after confirmation, not when you send the transaction. Network confirmation or product processing may take longer; open a support ticket if the order does not arrive.
Is KYC required at checkout?
There is no identity verification (KYC) step at checkout. We ask only for first name, last name and email—no identity document, selfie or account creation. Some merchants and products may have their own account or use conditions.
How will I receive the product?
Gift cards are delivered digitally by email as a code with any available redemption instructions. A mobile top-up may be applied directly, so it is not always delivered as a code.
How does the first-order code work?
Enter 5%2026 at checkout by 31 December 2026. It takes 5% off the item subtotal on an eligible first paid Giftoshi order for the normalized email address; the gift card face value does not change, and wallet or network fees remain separate.
Choose the right product
Can a gift card be used in any country?
Usually not. Check the recipient country, face currency and merchant conditions shown for the product before ordering.
What is the face currency?
It is the currency of the product amount itself. A 500 SEK card remains 500 SEK even when the site shows an estimated total in USD or EUR.
Why do available amounts differ?
Each product, market and currency has its own selectable amounts. Choose only from the amounts shown on that product page.
What should I check for someone else?
Confirm the product, recipient country, account region and amount. Keep any delivered gift-card code private and share it only with the recipient.
Can I buy a grocery gift card without creating an account?
Yes. Giftoshi does not create a shopping account, but checkout still asks for first name, last name and email. Then check the retailer country, redemption channel and exclusions; for example, Tesco’s UK Gift Card is not valid for Tesco online grocery shopping.
Pay with crypto
Which cryptocurrency and network can I use?
Choose one of the pairs shown at checkout. The cryptocurrency and network must both match the payment request.
Should I choose Bitcoin or USDT?
Choose native BTC when your wallet holds spendable bitcoin on the Bitcoin network. Choose USDT only when its chain matches the request: Ethereum ERC-20 or Tron TRC-20. Giftoshi does not support Bitcoin Lightning.
How long is the exact amount valid?
The exact crypto amount is locked for 60 minutes from creation of the payment request. Request a current amount only if that window expires before you send anything.
Are wallet network fees included?
No. Your wallet may charge a separate network fee. Send the exact receiving amount shown without adding or subtracting that fee.
What if I send too little or use the wrong network?
Do not send a second transfer. Keep the order reference and transaction ID, check the order status, then open a support ticket for help.
Orders and help
Does payment confirmation mean delivery is complete?
No. Confirmation means the payment was received. Gift-card code delivery is a separate step completed within 2 minutes after confirmation; other product types have their own fulfilment stages.
What should I keep after paying?
Keep the order reference, selected cryptocurrency and network, receiving address, exact amount and wallet transaction ID. Keep gift-card codes private.
What if the payment request expires?
If nothing was sent, request a new 60-minute amount and use only those current details. If a transaction was already broadcast or is pending confirmation, do not send again; keep its transaction ID and use the support route if the status is ambiguous.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Before transferring funds, return to the cart and do not pay. After a transfer or delivery, open a support ticket with the order reference for review.
Need help with an order?
Keep the order reference and transaction ID, then tell us what happened.
